1. About booking
How do I pay?
You must pay a deposit of 25% of the price + any insurance + booking fees, in a single payment at the time of booking. The balance of the stay must be paid in full 30 days before arrival at the campsite (for mobile home bookings). If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of your stay, full payment will be required in a single instalment at the time of booking.
I paid by credit card on your site, will I be debited the balance 30 days before my arrival without having to return to your site?
For reservations made on our website, an automatic message is sent by e-mail 40 days before your arrival by the reservation system with a link to pay the balance. You will not be debited automatically; you will need to use the link to pay the balance by credit card.
How does payment in instalments with FLOA Bank work?
Simply select the Floa payment method – payment in 4 instalments – at the time of payment. The total amount (+ 2.48% of the total cost of your stay) will be divided by 4, with the first instalment due on the day of booking. Subsequent instalments will be debited automatically. You can use this payment method up to 2 days before the start of your stay.
Do you accept VACAF vouchers and if so, how do you go about booking?
We accept VACAF vouchers at the Mer Blanche campsite. Simply book in the name of the beneficiary and indicate your beneficiary number in the comments space after registering all participants. The assistance will not be calculated automatically, but when you confirm your booking (after having paid a deposit of 25% of the total amount), we will give you the details of the assistance and the amount of the balance, VACAF assistance deducted. If you would like to know how much you will be charged before booking, please contact us by telephone.
How much are the application fees?
A processing fee will be charged. The application fee is €21.
Can I put an option on a stay?
If you call the campsite or our reservation center, you can place an option on a stay that will be valid for 7 days. After 7 days, if you have not confirmed the option, the accommodation will no longer be reserved for you. Please note that if you wish to book a stay with a departure date less than 21 days away, you will no longer be able to place an option and will be asked to pay the full amount of the stay.
Cancellation of your stay?
In the event of cancellation before arrival, interruption of stay or postponed arrival, whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation and no refund will be granted.
Do you accept vacation vouchers?
We accept ANCV vacation vouchers. Paper vacation vouchers should be sent by post to SARL Benodet Plein Air, rue champollion, 22300 Lannion. Is it possible to get a map of the campsite?
The campsite map is available on our website in the “Downloads” section (bottom of page).
I know the campsite, can I choose my pitch?
YES, you can choose your pitch number on the map available on our website. You then choose the option “Choice of pitch number (to be specified in the comments and subject to availability)” for a cost of €40.
Is it possible to book 2 mobile homes side by side?
By choosing the option “Choice of pitch number (please specify in comments)” for a cost of 40€ for each accommodation, you can specify the pitch numbers seen on the campsite map, according to the type of accommodation booked. So you can be sure of your pitch numbers.
Can I change my reservation?
YES, subject to availability, one month prior to arrival date. A modification fee will be applied to the stay. Last-minute date changes are not possible.
What is “Participation aux Ordures Ménagères” and how much does it cost?
The campsite is subject to waste reprocessing taxes and participates in the Plan Camping Durable Bretagne (sustainable camping plan for Brittany). This contribution is due for all persons (0.55 €/day/person).
How many people are allowed to stay on the same pitch?
The maximum number of people on a pitch is 6, including babies.
How many people are allowed to stay in the same rental?
Each accommodation has a maximum capacity, including babies.
2. About your stay
Do I have to clean up when I leave?
You are responsible for cleaning the property. You can subscribe to our cleaning package option when booking. Please note: this package does not include tidying up or washing up, which must be done on departure. You must also take out your household waste. The check-out procedure is posted in the toilets.
What are the arrival and departure times for rentals?
Rentals are available from 4pm. Departures before 10am. Pitches are available from 3.30pm (when reception opens) and must be vacated by midday.
What should I do if I arrive at the campsite after reception has closed?
An envelope with your name on it awaits you in the letterbox to the right of reception. You’ll find a map of the campsite and a code to open the gate. The mobile home is open, and you’ll need to go to reception the next morning to collect the key and pay the deposit.
Can my pet come with me?
We accept pets for a daily fee of €5 per animal. First and second category dogs are not allowed. Pets must be kept on a leash and up-to-date vaccination records may be requested at any time. Pets may not be left alone in the accommodation during your stay. We limit access to two animals per accommodation or pitch, up to a maximum of 25kg per animal.
The “SpaceBowl” slide is only accessible to people over 1.2 m tall. Is it possible to accompany a shorter person?
No, for safety reasons this slide should only be used by one person at a time. Even a parent’s waiver will not give access to children of the wrong size.
Are swimming shorts allowed?
Swimming trunks and wristbands must be worn in the pools. For the sake of hygiene and safety, the following are FORBIDDEN in pools and slides: long shorts / boxer shorts / jumpsuits / skirts / Bermuda shorts / fully-covered swimsuits, anti-UV T-shirts… Anti-UV T-shirts are authorized ONLY for children under 8 years of age. Young children must wear diapers specially designed for swimming, to comply with hygiene standards.
Can I access the water park by paying for a day?
No, for insurance reasons, the water park is only accessible to people staying at the campsite (in pitches or mobile homes).
Do babies count towards the accommodation’s capacity?
Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity. For safety and insurance reasons, the number of people indicated for the rental must not be exceeded.
Can I bring my personal television into the mobile home?
If the TV is not included in the rental, you can bring your own TV. Depending on your TV and connection cables, we cannot guarantee that it will work properly.
Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?
Depending on the plot, you can park a second vehicle for 2 euros per day. Only rentals for 9 people or more have a second vehicle per accommodation.
Are visitors allowed?
Daily visitors are allowed at a cost of €3/day and must report to reception. They do not have access to the aquatic areas for insurance reasons.
Can outsiders eat at the campsite restaurant?
Outsiders are not allowed to eat at the campsite.
Can I recharge my electric vehicle by plugging it into a socket in my mobile home?
Following several serious accidents caused by the illegal charging of electric vehicles at campsite sockets, we would like to remind you that our accommodation is not suitable for charging electric or hybrid vehicles. This can :
– cause damage to the vehicle,
– lead to serious accidents in the mobile home (explosion, fire, short-circuits),
– cause major damage to the campsite’s electrical network
Our insurance policies do not cover any damage caused by vehicle charging. All claims are to be borne entirely and exclusively by the owner of the vehicle. For these reasons, and for your own safety, it is strictly forbidden to recharge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle by plugging into an accommodation electrical outlet. In the event of an offence, we will charge and debit €100 from your credit card.
Is it possible to put a crib in the bedroom with the double bed?
A cot can be placed in the master bedroom in certain mobile homes: Presta+ 30m² 4/6p 2ch > please contact reception.
Someone would like to join us and spend 3 days with us. Is this possible?
Within the capacity of your accommodation, this is possible. The additional person(s) must be declared at reception, in order to pay the tourist tax and household waste tax.
We are a group, some of whom are minors, and we made a reservation which was refused. Why?
The rule for reservations for minors is as follows: “All minors (on presentation of their identity card at check-in) will be REFUSED if they are not “Accompanied by their parents for the entire stay”. Even with parental authorization, this is not sufficient under the campsite rules, so they will be refused.
